It has been a proven, trusted resource for law enforcement for more than 40 years.

Annual Salary: $43,251 – ROCIC Salary Table GS 7,1

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education – Baccalaureate from an accredited college or university with a major in Communications, English, Journalism or a related area of study.
Experience – Proficiency in written and oral communication and language skills,
proficiency in organization skills, computers and desktop publishing, ability to work well
in a team environment while requiring minimum supervision. Must have a working
knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Must have experience in web design and content
creation.
Skills – Ability to meet deadlines, Writing and use of correct grammar and punctuation,
Video-editing, Graphic Design.

Audio Video Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education – Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in an Audio/Video related technical field.
Experience – Three (3) years’ experience in audio/video technical or computer technology field. Must possess proficient computer skills and have a thorough grasp
of basic writing skills. Law enforcement experience is favorable. Must work independently from verbal instructions and communicate effectively. Must be a selfstarter.
Certification – Must have or obtain Law Enforcement and Emergency Video Association (LEVA) certification within four (4) years of hire.
